Bob Gearing is the director of strategic accounts for Socialbakers in North America. Socialbakers tracks, analyzes, and benchmarks over 10 million social profiles across all the major social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and Pinterest. At Socialbakers, Gearing has brought on partners like the NHL, L’Oreal, JetBlue, and GroupM. Gearing regularly calls himself a "data nerd" and loves to geek out with clients and colleagues over the latest industry trends, outliers, and success stories.
Prior to joining Socialbakers, Gearing spent five years in digital video. During that time he sold large digital sponsorships across properties such as the IMG Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week live stream (Rightster), New York Yankees Radio/Digital (CBS Radio), and College properties such as LSU, Nebraska, Oregon, Duke, and The Big 12 Conference (NeuLion).
